Eating Three Hundred Fish Eggs

I’ve said this ten million times: once you have good sushi, you can never return. Cheap sushi is terrible. Good sushi is divine. It sounds trivial, but it is really a world of difference. Cue in Dean and Deluca’s sushi bar. Can always count on it being fresh, delicious, and less expensive than the upscale sushi bars in Soho that I love.

What’s on top? Masago, or fish eggs. I would eat a bowl of it if I could.
